Beyond coaching, my professional experience spanned the worlds of art and commerce. Initially as an Art Director on the creative side and then on the business side as a Senior Client Partner, leading the development of custom communication materials for Fortune 500 brands. My professional personal life experience, and my training as a Co-active coach prepared me to coach for breakthrough results, personally or professionally. Hard skills can be learned. The soft skills like awareness, resilience, and empathy cannot be learned, but they can be developed if there is a willingness to create the changes that can create possibilities unimagined.
